Please provide an idea of cost and outline the process to do the following:-
We are an IFA business and looking to bring onboard an adviser on a self employed basis. They will work under our banner, so use our processes/procedures etc etc and in exchange we will take a deductive of his earnings with a collar of £500pm. Our network has provided a contract which doesnt fully fit our requirements and have drafted a "want list". We need someone to professionally draft a bespoke contract which blends the two together, plus anything else they think is sensible.
